God's people have always been characterized by giving, but the way they have given has changed over time.
For example, people no longer bring goats, sheep, calves, and grain to God as they did in the Old Testament. Giving money is simpler, cleaner, and theologically sounder since Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice.
As the way money is exchanged changes, we at The Apostolic Alliance are extending to our friends who feel the desire to support our ministry a new way to offer their financial gifts to God.
Anyone wishing to donate to The Apostolic Alliance online can do so through our church website. The system makes it easy to quickly transfer money from a bank account or debit card to the church in a secure manner. One-time donations and recurring withdrawals can be set up, and donations can be given to the church's general fund or to a specific church project.
At The Apostolic Alliance, we will continue to take an offering during the service for those who are present.
Giving is an important aspect of the Christian life. After all, Luke records that Jesus himself said, "It is more blessed to give than to receive" (Acts 20:35).
